Modern-day Patna is a bustling city with a mix of ancient and modern attractions. Popular activities include visiting historical sites like Golghar and the Patna Museum, boating on the Ganges, and exploring the lively local markets. The city experiences hot summers, a humid monsoon, and mild winters, making the cooler months (November to February) the best time to visit. Summers (April to June) can be extremely hot and uncomfortable, while the monsoon season (July to September) brings heavy rainfall and high humidity, which may not be ideal for travel.
